Shipping and policies

Payment is currently via paypal or BACS and items will only be shipped once payment has cleared.

Buyer is responsible for paying any taxes/duties due in their country of residence and I am not responsible for any delays in customs.

I aim to dispatch items within 24 hours, although this may be up to 3 working days during busy periods.

2nd class post (from 3 working days from dispatch) £3.50
UK orders £20-£50
2nd class signed for (from 3 working days from dispatch) £4.50
UK orders £50-£500
Special delivery (from 1 working day from dispatch) £11.50

European Orders up to £20
Standard Airmail (from 3-5 working days from dispatch) £4.50
European orders £20-£50
Airmail tracked and signed (from 3-5 working days from dispatch) £13.50
European orders £50-£250
Airmail tracked and signed (from 3-5 working days from dispatch) £20.00

Worldwide orders up to £20
Standard Airmail (from 5-7 working days from dispatch) £6.00
Worldwide orders £20-£50
Airmail tracked and signed (from 5-7 working days from dispatch) £13.50
Worldwide orders £50-£250
Airmail tracked and signed (from 5-7 working days from dispatch) £20.00

Orders over 2kg will be sent via courier.

Returns

I try at all times to deliver goods, which you will love. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact Stitch Organics within 7 days of receiving your goods.

Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

An agreed refund will be made within 30 days. Other items must be returned, in their original condition within 14 days.

Please ensure that you contact me prior to sending them back. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you would like to return damaged or faulty goods please ensure that you contact me prior to sending them back.

In the event of goods being faulty, I will cover the costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. It is advisable to send goods back by a signed for service.
